Return and Exchange Policy

At Oromi Jewelry LLC, each 14K and 18K gold piece is carefully selected, certified, and presented under high-jewelry standards. We value the exclusivity, hygiene, and integrity of each creation; therefore, our policies are designed to preserve the purity of our pieces and ensure an exceptional experience for every client.

1. Exchange Policy

At Oromi Jewelry LLC, we understand that choosing a piece of jewelry is a personal and meaningful experience. If you would like to request an exchange, the following conditions apply:

1.1 Exchange Request Period

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • After this period, we will not be able to process exchange requests.

Note: Oromi Jewelry LLC does not offer refunds. All sales are final. Exchanges may only be made for another piece or for store credit.

1.2 Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for an exchange or store credit, the piece must:

  • Be in new, unused condition, with no signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

  • Include all original packaging, including jewelry box, outer packaging, cards, certificates, cloth, tags, and any accessories received.

  • Not have been personalized, engraved, resized, or altered by a third party.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and piercings are not eligible for exchange, unless a manufacturing defect is reported within the established timeframe.

2. Return Policy

Due to the nature of fine jewelry and personal-use items, all sales are final:

  • Returns are not accepted.

  • No refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

This measure ensures that each client receives brand-new, flawless pieces, free of prior use and with the exclusive quality that distinguishes Oromi Jewelry LLC.

3. Exceptions — Defective Pieces or Order Errors

If the piece received has a manufacturing defect or does not match the model, color, or size ordered, the client must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Once the situation has been verified:

  • Oromi Jewelry LLC will cover shipping costs and arrange for the replacement or corresponding exchange.

  • Refunds do not apply in these cases; only replacement or store credit will be issued, subject to evaluation.

4. How to Request an Exchange

To begin a request:

    • Reason for the request

  2. Once your case has been approved, you will receive shipping instructions.

  3. Return shipping costs to Oromi Jewelry LLC are the responsibility of the client, except in cases of confirmed defect or error on our part.

5. Acceptance of Policy

By making a purchase at Oromi Jewelry LLC, the client confirms having read and agreed to this Exchange & Return Policy, as well as the purchase terms in effect at the time of the transaction.
